HotelPark was built 35 years ago, (1974.) as the modern hotel in the center of the business and trade area. Mission statement of the hotel was to realize the initial idea of employees of state owned company Stari Grad to improve service levels in Belgrade and to be closer with new market demands of Serbian and European businessmen, tourists during they stayed in Belgrade.
Very soon after built the hotel get its aim and become one of the leaders in hotel industry in Belgrade. Hotel is modern with traditional shine and mixture of modern demands with traditional hospitality. From the early begining the employees were highly educated and orienteted in satisfaction of customers changeable needs.
With coming years and new customer demands hotel grow with the market and improve services with opening fitness hall, exchange office and high standard shops with luxus liquids and wardrobe.
Hotel is three star category with garage on the 2nd sublevel of the building.
